White growth on blue tangs mouth?

I have a baby blue tang. Over the past few days I noticed a white growth coming out of his mouth. I’ve been searching online and nothing seems to match his issue except possibly lymph. The growth is getting larger each day and almost looks like bubbles. I checked parameters and everything is good. If anyone has any idea what the issue is please let me know, I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks!

This is a bacterial infection which also follows along the body and fish will need to be treated in a separate quarantine tank with a broad spectrum medication such as Seachem Kanaplex. What other fish are in tank and how are they looking?
Is this fish eating and breathing normal?
How long has this been developing as this does not happen overnight?

The fish has been eating fine and is very active, doesn’t seem to have issues with breathing either. I want to say I noticed it just about a week ago (looking at videos of my tank from July 24th there is nothing noticeable there) , and it has been growing very rapidly. I’ll check with my LFS today and see if they have the medication and if not I’ll order some. Thank you for the reply!

Edit: I have 2 percula clowns and a royal gramma in the tank with him. They are all doing fine and not showing any signs of infection. Everyone in the tank gets along, very peaceful fish.

It might just be debris in the water column, but I might be seeing some ich on that little fella. That spot in the mid with discoloration around it. But don't be alarmed yet, see what others think.

Saw that and ruled out based on size and figured stuff on glass

While I can't rule out Lymphocystis, it is unusual for a fish to get it that severely on just the mouth, and not show it elsewhere. I agree that is most likely a bacterial infection from an injury.
