White growth on LR?

Was cleaning the tank today and noticed some white tubes on the side of my LR... I have no idea what they are, someone help?

That was my first thought as well! Although they look a little fuzzy to be sponges

The fuzzy aspect leads me to think alone over a worm. Do they move on their own? Have you tried poking them? If they don't move, shouldn't be an issue.
