White growth on PBT's mouth.

PBT is haing some kind of weird growth on his mouth. It kid of looks like skin peeling ? It's irritating him and am not sure what it is or what to do. If anyone has any ideasIt would be appreciated.

Is he in QT? Any treatments already done or being administered currently? Could be bacterial, or maybe Lympho or even the start of brook...

If it seems like it's bothering him, could try a 90-minute bath in acriflavine (ruby reef rally or API fungus cure). A freshwater dip prior (if you haven't already) to check for flukes wouldn't be a bad idea either.
