So I have little white ‘cotton’ like objects fly rowing on my live rock. Any ideas what they are? What I should do? Are they harmful?

Pray for more of the same. It is a sign your biome is becoming a more diverse and supportive environment.

If you don't like the aesthetics, you can remove it and place it in your sump.
