White lesion on anthias head

I got a few beautiful lyretail anthias recently and have them in QT. I noticed a couple days ago that one has a white spot or lesion on its head that doesn't seem to be getting better. Any ideas what this might be and what I can do to treat it? The other anthias seen to be doing fine.

Can you get a closeup? It may just be Lymphocystis.

This is the best I could get. If better pics are needed, I could try to catch her tomorrow to get better photos. Thanks for any suggestions
