Yes and no. How's that for a positive reply!

Your coral's zooxanthellae can do photosynthesis with just blue light, so the coral can survive pretty well for weeks like that, maybe even longer. But that's just photosynthesis. Your coral produces other things using other processes. Simple example is pigments. And they will do much better if they get at least some white light. They also make things like amino acids using spectrum other than blue.

So they can survive... maybe even long term, but it's probably not healthy for them in the long run.
