So im pretty interested on getting a White Lined Combtooth Blenny for my 50 since they're small and colorful and would like to here other people's experiences with them? Will they harass peaceful fish/small 1" shrimp?

Pictus Blennys (white line and a few other names) are fine with inverts. I have had them in the past with cleaners and sexy shrimp. They are territorial, but are easy to pair. Males will only harass males, and only if another male comes to the one males “patch of rocks”. They will dart after other fish of the same shape and size, but not to the point of damaging the other fish.

Be sure you have plenty of algae for them to eat, or nori to place in their claimed area. They are not big fans of pellets or frozen.

Also thinking about getting one. By "similar shape and size" you mean things like gobies, firefish and such? I have a firefish and a very small (1 inch) yellow coris wrasse and my concern is the blenny will bully or harass them.

I love mine. If anything, he is the one that gets bullied. I had him in a tank with a pair of clowns and a supposedly peaceful Royal Gramma and the Gramma was chasing him all over the place. He lived on top of the mag float for a while trying to stay out of her way. I finally got another tank and moved him to it and intend to only place the most timid of fish in there with him. I think his tiny size was the biggest issue. He's got tons of personality and is my favorite fish I've ever owned.
