White lump on clownfish

Hi,

My lightening maroon has a white lump on the bottom of its jaw area for a couple of weeks already and i am not sure what it is. It doesn’t seem to bother it and it has not spread. Should I be worry? Is it a gas bubble? Any suggestions or idea will be greatly appreciated.
