White lump on Sailfin Tang

Any idea what this is guys? It seems to be a bulb like growth or something. At first I thought it was a scratch, but it seems to be growing slightly every couple of days.

Looks like some sort of small tumour growth to me. I hope i’m wrong!

How long have you had the tang? New fish often develop Lymphocystis, a virus that causes skin cells to grow really large. It can't be treated, but goes away on its own after 6 to 8 weeks (but it may spread before it does).
