White marks on clownfish tail

So my small clown has what looks like two raised white lumps on the edge of his tail.

Is this anything to be concerned about? Doesn't look like ich to me.

Eating fine and no signs of this on any other fish.

It does look like ich.
It’s best to treat all fish with copper in a qt tank in this case.

I've had ich before on a scopas tang, it looked different to this.

Just done a bit of looking around on here, could it potentially be lympho?

Lympho is possible, though it doesn’t show on clowns too frequently. You can watch the clown and if the spots disappear within 36 hours, and return in different locations, it is ich.

They have been in the same spot now for about a week I would say. Only just got around to posting.

Feeding mysis, brine and flake soaked in vitamins so hopefully it doesn't get any worse and is just lympho

Sounds like lympho then. Ich would have fallen off by now.
Just keep an eye on it and make sure to keep up good water quality and feedings.

The spots are too large to be ich. It is most likely Lymphocystis, or two broken fin rays from some sort of damage. It bears watching, but not treating at this point.

What are you feeding this fish and what is your current ammonia and nitrate level?
What test kits are you using?

Ammonia zero, nitrate between between 5-10

Using red sea test kits.

Feeding a mix of mysis/brine, flake and occasional pellets. Mixed with aquaforest fish V for vitamins

Assure youre not overfeeding and No need to add vitamins daily but occasionally.
Add other foods such as small plankton, Hikari marine cuisne and even LRS fish Frenzy

Yeah I've started to cut back on the feeding a bit now. Rocks and back glass starting to turn green and looks like crap
