White mass under yellow watchman goby chin

Anyone know what this white mass is underneath my yellow watchman goby's chin is?

The picture is a bit fuzzy on this end. Is the white mass smooth and uniform like a bubble/sphere or is it cauliflower like or cottony/fibrous?

It's a smooth like bubble sphere it seems like

Ok. So nodular diseases like this can be problematic. Cysts like this can contain thousand of tiny parasitic spores. Sometimes they are absorbed by the body of the fish; sometimes they can burst releasing those spores into the tank water. You may be better off isolating the fish, if you can, in a QT and observing the cyst's progression.
