As far as your lobo goes, I am sorry to say but it looks in very bad shape! Looks very bleached and on deaths door. What lighting are you running and what size tank do you have. Looks bleached to me. I would shade it asap.
Yeah, it's not mold, it has just lost all of its color because something is stressing it out. What are all of your water parameters and how long has your tank been set up? By the look of your rock, it hasn't been set up too long because I don't really see much coraline algae growth.
My tank has been set up for approx 12 weeks and is a 90 gallon. I have the Marineland double bright LED light on it and it's about 1/4 from the bottom of the tank.
That lobo is dying. Those lights are not adequate for keeping anything except soft corals and polyps. Even those corals would need to be up high in the tank. To be honest I would remove the lobo before it fouls your water anymore than it probably already has. You should look into upgrading the lights if you want to keep any coral in the future.
