I know that the white spots you see on fish isn't the actual ick parasite. How long after the parasite falls off does the white spot go away?

The reason I ask is because I have a fish that is 20 days in copper, just moved to observation. And a single white spot remains. Knowing that it can't be a live ick parasite, I'm assuming the body just hasn't healed. What is the timeframe for healing the spots? Thanks for the help

After 20 days in copper, all "white spots" from parasite entry should be gone.

Can you post a pic? Could be lympho. What type of fish is this?

It could be lympho. It seems larger than a normal ick spot. It could also be a mark from transfer, because I've never noticed it the entire 30 days I've had the fish. I'll try to get a pic. It's that beautiful Achilles I posted about last week
