White Particles in my water!

Ok, I feel like I'm going crazy but over the past week by water has had these white particles floating around and I swear two times now I've seen them shoot white stuff out of one of my live rocks. My water parameters are still great, but my water is a little cloudy...any ideas what this is, how to fix it?

Most likely it's a pod outbreak. Pods are good for your tank and means everything is ok. Will clear up in a few weeks after they compete for food

Without pictures and more information it could be almost anything. Are you missing a fish or invert? it could be fouling the tank if it is dead.

I did find a dead snail tonight unfortunately...while it could be pods, I guess I'm more worried about a hitchhiker living inside the LR that I purchased from the LFS. I'm hoping it's not some mantis or shrimp. I'll keep an eye on things and see if any more inverts die or go missing and hopefully it's just pods and nothing else.
