We have had our new tank for a little over a month now and I've noticed some white tiny particles floating all throughout the tank. I've heard about things like ich and I'm just paranoid that it could be something bad. My water levels are perfect per my local aquarium store and all my fish look healthy and don't have salt looking spots?! Is this normal??

Don't always trust your local fish store to test your water levels. Invest in a good quality test kit, you can always compare readings with those of the LFS. If it was ich, you'd notice the fish getting spots first. Perhaps it is undissolved salt particles or even food, depending on what food you are introducing to your tank.

Good Luck with the new tank. :)

We feed them frozen brine and pellets ... alternating. Thank you! We test our water ourselves first but I like them to test it too to make sure we didn't mess up! I've heard gobies can move some sand and cause this :)
