White Patch on Springeri Damsel

I just noticed a white patch on one of my new Springeri damsels.

Yesterday when I bought the fish I didn't notice the white patch, but I didn't look very closely at each individual fish. It's eating and behaving normally. Any ideas?

Sorry Uncle, the fish just moves around too much for me to get a good pic... It's a white patch on one side of the fish. I'm thinking an infection or eroded flesh somehow.

I have some anthias, Chromis, clowns, hippo tang, and a few others. I also have anemones. Maybe it got bit/stung by something?

I wouldn't call it beat up other than the white spot, it's probably just the picture.

Just keep an eye on that.
If just a scape, should repair itself in a couple of weeks.
Anthais or Chromis, I’ll vote Chromis…..maybe a fight mark.

Thanks for the advice, will do. I did see a little aggression from one of the Chromis, but I can't blame it for sure.

While that is probably just an injury from one of the other springeri - its location, size and angle is very similar to Uronema. The only two symptoms it is missing (and these may develop later) are redness to the lesion and lack of appetite.

At first I was thinking Uronema, but now it looks to me like Uncle is right that it's just damage from an aggressor. I managed to catch it to get a closer look at the wound and get a better pic:

You can see there are some scales missing. It looks pretty gory.
