Exactly how rare/hard to come by are the White People Eaters?

Kevin of Aloha Corals has these on his site pretty regularly, although they are not there now, they have been on in the last month or so. They are to my knowledge a little less common than some of the other PE types, but not hard to come by if you are patient.

I used to have billy clubs PE that were mostly white with touches of dark blue and green
