White pimple on clownfish with brown string

I noticed my clownfish had 1 white pimple on its side. It looks like a small brown string is coming out of it.

Besides the white spot eating well and still hosting my frogspawn.

Could it be lympho?

I recently added a wrasse.

I don't know what it is but in my experience lympho is most commonly seen on the edges of fins. I've also never seen any strings coming out of lympo.

Does it roam around the frogspawn often? looks like a sting to me. I could be wrong.

It’s probably been hosting in the frogspawn for about a month or two.
