White pod things on my rock in sump

Hey y'all as the title details I have a little refugium set up with LR and cheato in it. I was just checking out how all my pods down there are doing and noticed these little white pod looking things on my LR there are probly 6 of them maybe more I know it's a crappy description and I had to move some of my LR so it stirred up some stuff but when it settles im going to try and get a pic uploaded.

It's been up since about the 5th of January that's when I got rock sand and water in it atleast. The last thing added was a pink spotted goby and a tiger pistol shrimp params stay normal unless I let the salt drop down to .24 but other than that everything test wise has been good I test twice a week usually for phos, nitrates, nitrites. The rest once a week

Yup pineapple sponge they are great to have natural filter feeder.
