White polyp on gonipora

So I originally had some aiptasia on this goniopora frag and I F-aiptasia'd it. Fast forward two weeks and I've noticed this strange looking extending white polyp on it now.

Really just wondering if I should attempt to rid the frag of this hitchhiker? More F-aiptasia? Something else?

Any help is appreciated.

Looks like a pineapple sponge

Yea the white ring is just a pineapple sponge..... Easily removed with tweezers

Personally, I don't mind them and enjoy their contribution to my aquariums' biodiversity.

Sweet! Thanks for the ID and suggestions everyone! I guess it's just a matter of what I want to do with it - to remove or to keep. I guess I'll let it ride for now, doesn't seem to be harming anything.
