I just noticed some white poop on my anthias. i did a search and found this thread https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/internal-issues.267419/ so it could be either intestinal worms or parasites. the medication is different for each so im trying to figure out which medication to use?

I would feed foods bound with Metronidazole and focus, and treat with prazi if possible. Usually takes care of most internal issues

Yes, white and stringy is usually a symptom of internal pathogens. Feeding the fish General Cure + Food + Focus (a binder) for 10-14 days is recommended. General Cure contains both metro and praziquantel. Metro kills most internal parasites but not all; praziquantel will kill the other internal parasites that Metro does not.
