white powder when clean Dry Rock

do i got a few dry rock and was cleaning them

i notice that one was creating white powder in the water this is my 3rd water change and the water still gave this white powder (pics below)
is this safe to put in a new tank or this rock is not good for tank

If you don't want that stuff in your tank, then keep rinsing it.

I used a garden hose and sprayer to really get mine clean. Still didn't get it all out, but got most of it out.
spray out all the holes and crevices as best you can.
 
Normal dust. Many will pressure wash outside before use to speed things up.
 
you did good cleaning it first i didn't clean mine when i setup my last tank and it made my water milky didn't clean the sand either so that didn't help as well lol
 
Thank you for the info after trying to clean the rock outside it was Breaking apart so I decided to discard the rock
