Anyone know what this could be on my clown? I looks like white puffy or spongy stuff. The nem that hosts it has some pineapple sponge on it's rock. Could one of those stuck to it or a disease?

The clown has been in the tank for months. And all the other fish including the other clown are healthy. The nem and rock are only a few weeks old.

Hard to tell from the photo, is the white stuff just located in one spot on the fish? You could always catch the clown and gently scrape the white stuff off.

It is just on the one spot right in the middle at the bottom fin.

Looks like cauliflower or lymphocystis. Do not scrape off. With good water quality and diet, will fall off on its own.
What foods are you feeding ?

I feed hatched brine couple times a week, and switch up frozen brine, mysis and flake. I have some picky eaters.

Also my parameters are really good. Too clean with 0 nitrates and phosphates for some corals.

Here is another picture. The flake food I have has a lot of vitamins. Maybe I should feed more of that and less meats?

Larger than I thought. You may have to resort to scraping off to assist clown with swimming.
Diet- add:
lrs fish frenzy
small plankton
Hikari marine cuisine
Formula 1 frozen

My clownfish had this. His bottom jaw was blown out with white crusty stuff. I dosed his food everyday in vitamins and now he has recovered.
