White rock.. brown spot!? ID

So... 3 weeks in to a fishless cycle. Live sand, dr tims, marco rock.. everything new.
Today, stuck the lights on to have a nose and I’ve noticed this... growing on rocks and on the bed.
not concerned, just curious.

I’ve had plenty of ugly in previous systems. Just usually I get some indication before these spots!

The rock isn't going to stay white lol. Its growing stuff and becoming live!
