The white section of one of my clown's tail is now dark. Had the clowns for about 3 weeks. Tank is 6 months old. Parameters in check. Anyone know what this might be and how to treat if needed? Thanks so much.

Has their behavior changed? Can you see any other symptoms of sickness? I’ve seen “dirty” clowns, that have more of a grey than white. I’m wondering if that could be it

Thanks for the reply. No change in behavior but I did notice last night that the hawkfish also seems a bit "dirty". Not a very good picture but he looks dirtier than normal, especially around the mouth.

Don’t know much about those guys :( never had one but if you’re seeing it on multiple I would start to worry. Then again I’m not a fish person lol fish serve a purpose in my tank...if they didn’t I wouldn’t have them
