White slime/hydroid/possible bacteria? Help with ID please.

Just uploaded a video to youtube to get help with the ID. Paramaters are perfect. It seemed to come along when I converted an HOB filter into a refugium and stuck some chaeto in there from the LFS. It also comes after small star looking white things popped up all over my glass (plenty still there), that I think are hydroids but am still unsure. Anyway, thoughts and input apprecated!

75 gallon. HOB skimmer. HOB refugium. Aquatop CF500UV (sterilizer). Running chemi pure blue and phosphate absorbent.

Yea , looks kinda bacterial. Are you carbon dosing or using bio pellets ?

Air fresheners will do that as well

The chemi pure blue is the only carbon I am running. Big bag of it in my canister filter. No air fresheners or candles around.

I agree. Bacterial. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It happens in my tank from time to time.
