I am new to the saltwater world (about 6 months) and I have a 16gal. bow front tank. contents include 1 Cronus, 1 peppermint shrimp, 1 healing feather duster, 1 of something that looks like a brown tree that retracts that was given to me, 1 very large green carpet anemone (yes I have heard it is too big for the tank, but I also don't have much in the tank and do water changes regularly). I also have 3 turbos, 4 hermit crabs, and about 6 to 7 pounds of live rock and a conch and 3 pounds of dry rock. The sand is a fine grain, but I did have coral sand before I moved. I was told to change it when I moved due to what I was putting in there, and what I wanted to do.
Now for my issue. I have a large LR piece that has a lot of feather dusters on it which I really like, and what I was told are pollips (they are brown with a green canter and are about 1 inch tall or smaller in height. The rock also has a white slime on it which I looked up and said it could be dying due to the move or a sponge. Now the other thing is that I also have this worm like thing attached to the rock that is brown with a dark brown or black tip on it. when I looked this up it said it was a type of snail that would spin out this sticky web and catch food, and reel it in to eat. Upon closer view I do not see any "webbing" attached to it. I also have bristle worms in this rock as well... newly found as of today. This rock also includes (yes I know more stuff lol) what I thought might be spaghetti worms, but they do not fit the description completely. These look like white hairs generally 2 per spot. the come out of white tubes covered in white rocks. They don't seem to be harmful but more helpful than anything. My Nitrates are around 0 currently, my nitrites are at 0, just did a 5 gal water change my PH is 8 to 8.5 the rest I need to buy the testings for still, but the rest are good as well as of last week.
Basically what I am asking is what are these things and what should I be doing. I know the bristle worms I can get a 6 stripe wrasse, but I am not sure if my tank is big enough for one.
