White slime

Hi there been looking all over the web for my problem and can't seem to narrow it down.
at first I thought my problem was due to filter floss. I'm getting white strings every day all over the rock work. It's also clogging up my return pump not sure what it is. tank is 1y 3m old.

alk 7.8
ca 410
mg 1280
po4 0.02
no3 14ppm
I dos 3ml nopox per day
and feed pellets 3x per day
dosing 0.5ml trace elements red sea
4ml alk per day
5ml ca per day
don't dos mg have not needed to.
not done a water change in 2 months (ordered some quantum sps salt now)

It looks a bit like colored floss in the bucket but once you take this out of the bucket it's like jelly. but in the tank it looks stringy and white.

This picture looks like what nopox residue looks like to me. All this was removed from the return pump. I cleaned this 2 weeks ago also. sorry pictures are not the best.
