White sore on my Anthia?

This is on his tail and also a pec fin. It's white and looks like its bumpy. Any ideas?

Appears to be lympho which looks a little like cauliflower
It’s viral and generally derived from water quality and diet
These guys need to eat regularly and with water, what is your:
Ammonia
Nitrate
Ph
Salinity
Water temperature

I just put fish into my newly cycled tank 2 days ago. It's just live rock. I have other tanks fyi so I'm not a noob.

For measurements this is all I have tested for:

0 Ammonia
<5 Nitrate ppm
.01 Phosphate ppm
8.1 Ph
35.1 Salinity
80.8 Water temperature
10.84 Alk
432 Ca
1461 Mg

Mysis Shrimp (cube)
Spirulina Brine Shrimp ( cube)
Neptune CD Crossover diet (pellets)
PE flakes (flakes)

That's really similar to what i feed and all my anthias are great. They like the pyto Enriched brine the most. I'm sure it will go away if it is a viral thing
