White sores on my wrasses

I have a 75g with mostly wrasses and a couple of pipefish and firefish. Only my wrasses seem to develop these small white sores that heal or shed after a few days. Only 1-3 sores develop at a time and they are not ich or velvet, they are about twice the the size

Some background on the tank:
-I used to have ich but after 2 cycles of going fallow and eventually reintroducing it I’ve been practicing ich management. I make my own frozen food with tons of variety and haven’t lost a fish to disease for a long time.
-I bought 5 black storm clowns a few months ago. They all died slowly over the course of 2 weeks while shedding some slime coat. My 2 existing clownfish I had for years also died. Everything else was totally fine, so I believe the clownfish came with Brookynella. Could these white sores on my wrasses be Brook?

What can I do other than the obvious remove/copper QT? I lost more fish in QT than I have to actual disease and focusing on nutrition has been working great but I also want to keep my wrasses comfortable. Would UV help? Is prazipro/kanaplex/metronidazole reef safe for a few days and would it help?

Brook is certainly capable of infecting the wrasses. Looks bacterial to me and warrants a quarantine and treatment before it progresses further.

Any other symptoms like lethargy, rapid breathing, ot other odd or unusual behavior? Anything else showing symptoms like flashing?

Not at all but my clownfish all died like that. It was fine for a year or so with my clownfish pair, but when I bought the 5 black storms I introduced some sort of disease that killed all 7 in about two weeks. They started swimming vertically, then gasping at the surface and ultimately dying. All while my wrasses, firefish and pipefish were completely unbothered. This is why I thought it might be brook.

Now I see these white sores appearing on some of my wrasses every couple of weeks but they disappear after a few days. It’s not ich, velvet or uronema from the looks of it and it’s also not affecting their behavior or feeding.
If QT is not an option at the moment, can I treat my reef tank with any reef safe medicine? It’s an LPS and softie tank so metronidazole/kanaplex/focus in my food or prazipro could be an option. Alternatively I can try setting up my UV again

I've seen Brook popping up more frequently lately, at least at my LFS. Perhaps one of your more recent introductions added it. If these were my fish, I'd pull them all, give them a 90 minute bath in ruby reef rally pro, then add them into a quarantine set up with all new water, a dish of new sand, and some pvc pipes to hide. Dose bacteria like Microbacter to keep the tank from having an ammonia spike, and keep the fish in there for a full brook fallow period (about 60 days I believe).
