Should I leave it or try to get rid of it and how.

Generally harmless filter-feeders, so I would leave it alone. If it does start affecting corals, you can inject it with boiling water, hydrogen peroxide, or air to kill it.
+1 to this. Unless the sponge starts growing over your corals, it’s most likely harmless.
 
White Spaghetti Sponges are increasing in my tank. It just hit me I turned down my Red Sea 90 lights last week from 48% to 41% (reducing par). I'm wondering if that could be the cause
