White specs on back glass?

I have white specs on back glass and overflow? Does anyone have any ideas? The tank is about 4 months old.

current inhabitants are
2clownfish
7 snails
7hermit crabs
2cleaner skunk shrimp
Baby spiny lobster (named ravioli)
Fear not he will never be 4 dinner.
