White specs on front glass

So I noticed today on my front glass of my tank there is these little tiny white specs. And I cannot tell if it's like little salt bubbles that stained the glass or if its beginning of algae? I have been looking up to read about it but I can't really tell what it is. If anyone has ideas. They are tiny dots the size of a grain of salt

The tank is very new. And was recently finished cycling
