White specs

Hey y’all I know it’s a bad picture but it’s the best I could get with capturing these little white specs and they move around the glass? Have had my tank for 2 months now and curious if this is a bad or good sign?

is this algae then?? On the right side of black sponge?

Hard to tell - either some algae or detritus. Looks fine for a new tank.
