White sponge between zoas.

I have a white sponge between my zoas trying to push its way through.Any thoughts on how to remove it?

Pull it off, they come off very easy. If left untreated, it may grow over your zoas

Ok thanks. That is what I was worried about. Looks like the sponge is trying to suffocate my Zias and they are just starting to reproduce nicely!
