As of late this tall, thin white things have been growing all over my tank, mainly on the rock. Now they have migrated and are growing directly on my aussie and green Star polyps. Easy enough to brush off, but they are back in days.

I also have thousands and thousands of these small, round, hard white things growing on my glass and other equipment.

would need a better pic of the tall things to be sure..... the second pic is spirorbid worms, they are harmless.

The thin white things look like a type of sponge or possibly a type of tunicate and little white round things on your glass are spirorbid worms. Both are filter feeders and are not harmful. Although they can spread quick. If you don’t like them they are both easy to get rid of. Reduce feeding is a common step in the right direction (if using powdered coral blends or frozen mixes like LRS blends) or with the help of certain fish. I know the six line will eat them but they can be aggressive and it’s no guarantee your specimen will eat them. An angel or moorish idol will eat sponge, but be careful because they will eat other corals as well so if this is a reef tank you’ll want to make sure you aren’t planning on keeping any of the kinds of coral they eat.

Good to know on the spirorbid worms. They are annoying because they grow so fast, but easy to scrape off.

This is the best picture I've been able to get of the other things.
