White spot and bulge on clown

Anyone have any idea what this is? Is it just trauma?

I added a pyramid butterfly, blue hippo and Ruby fairy wrasse last night and turned off the lights for the day to limit bullying (my yellow Tang was picking on the butterfly and hippo, and foxface was chasing the butterfly also)

All 3 were in quarantine for 5 weeks and had prazi and copper, no signs of issues.

Today no real bullying except I noticed the female clown (pictured) nipping at the butterfly a little when it got close to the frogspawn that it calls home.

The spot is white and is actually bulging a little. Is it simply trauma that it may have somehow gotten from a rock, urchin it whatever else?

I tried to get the best pictures I could but after 20 minutes this is the best I could get.

It is the white spot in the middle black stripe, just behind the white stripe

How long has the clown been in the tank? It would be unlikely (impossible, really) for the fish you added last night to pass a disease over to the clown that would show symptoms in less than 24 hours.

In looking at the clown, I think I can see some damage the front of its dorsal fin also, can you confirm? Any possibility that it is tussling with the neighboring clown?

All other fish have been there for over a year, including both clowns. That one is clearly the dominant female. Recently they haven't really been together as much... Maybe the smaller one is starting to change to a female and trying to take over?

I saw that on the fin also. I can't really tell to be honest

Yes - it's possible the pair bond broke down.

If it wasn't for the second spot on the dorsal, I'd be inclined to just say this is "nothing to worry about". If the two spots are related to each other, and are not a result of fighting, you may need to consider a treatment of some sort.
