I noticed a white spot near my puffer fish's mouth and it seems to be getting worse.

Sorry, I can't make anything out in this picture. Any chance you can get a better one?

I was going to call the #reefsquad, but Brew's already here!

I would lean towards lymph, but I leave that to the pros (which I am DEFINITELY not!)

That doesnt' look like lymph to me. Unless it's raised and cauliflower looking. To me that looks like he scraped his snout on a rock or something. I would give it a bit of time to see if he can heal it on his own. Keep a look out for infection setting in. If that happens, or it doesn't start healing over soon, then antibiotics like kanaplex would be ideally dosed with him in a QT.

+1 Possibly an infection starting up. I would be curious to see if it responds to Kanaplex.

That looks more to me like an injury to the mouth, possibly from some sort of trauma, that has become infected. Is this a really flighty fish when startled? Sometimes these fish in particular run in to things.

It is pretty much healed, he must have nip at a rock to hard and got scraped.

And now it is back he must be scraping his mouth when he picks at the rocks
