I have a bunch of iron mans in my tank. One of them seems to have a white flake or spot on it. Anyone know what this could be?

great looking mushroom. I love mushrooms, they are great. Only problem is they can get invasive. Can’t really tell what that is. maybe someone else can venture a guess.
