White spot on blue powder tang

I just bought this blue powder tang a week ago, i’d just notice there is a white circle near its mouth, which was not there before. Does anyone know what this is? is it some sort of a desease?

it look like a 1-2mm donut and fuzzy white. it looked rise just a little bit off the skin. will try take better pic tomorrow.

Is the PBT breathing fast? Or seem like he’s in distress?

He seems to be ok. not eating much yet because still new in the tank. he does nipped at the seaweed most of the time..

Do you have QT tank? What other fish are in the DT with him?

Too many fish in DT to list . Let see: orange shoulder, surgeon, purple tang, fox face, Atlantic blue, flame, hawk, and a bunch of wrasse and clown...
