White spot on blue spot jaw fishs head

Can anyone identify what is on his head and what should I do doesn't seems like white spot to me

Looking at fish and noticing similar on its dorsal fin, appears to be lymphocystis which is a viral condition and not a disease. It’s often a product of poor water quality and/or diet
What is your ammonia and nitrate level and what foods are you feeding?

Ammonia is around 0 and nitrate level too I feed mysis and brine shrimp some times some algae pallets

It could be ich/whitespot not too sure though. I know lots about freshwater disease not too much about salt. Ich or whitespot best guess.
