White spot on blue striped wrasse

Only my wrasse has it?
White spot towards end. Looks like a pimple

Can you take a clearer picture, under white light?

Some preliminary questions: how long have you had the fish? What other fish are in with it? Is it breathing normally and eating well?

yes will do later on tonight.
I’ve had the fish for like 3-4 months
Two more clown fish

fish breathes normally, eats normally, swims great.
It definitely doesn’t look like it’s ich because my tangs caught ich one time and this doesn’t look anything like that
