What could this be?

Looks like an injury opposed to aggression and while it should heal on its own, keep an eye on it for soreness/redness which would be first sign of infection. If so, treat in separate tank with Seachem Kanaplex. You can Ruby Rally Pro in tank safely now if you want to stay ahead of any infection.

No the other fish get along with him. He kinda does his own thing.
