I have had this Fox Face for about 8 months with no issues.
This morning I noticed this big white spot on the tip of his nose. He has also been swimming a bit erratically the last day or so.
I have 12 other fish in this tank and none of them show any signs of illness or distress.
Can someone help my identify whats going on here?

Looks like the fish went face first into the glass. It should heal up ok. I would make sure that all your fish get plenty of fresh chopped seafood to boost their health and improve their outlook.

This is a scar or injury and while it will usually heal itself, this seems to be mildly infected and at Minimum, treat tank with Ruby Rally Pro or in quarantine with seachem kanaplex. Add additional aeration during treatment.

+1 on this being a scrape from hitting something. As long as the fish is still eating well, I don't think it needs treatment.

Been dosing with Kanaplex while waiting for the Ruby ralley pro to arrive. But his face looks even worse today and he hasn’t eaten any food yesterday or today!
Not looking good so far and kind of worried

So, it stopped eating pretty soon after your post on Friday?
Can you post a short video?
Are you using the Kanaplex as per label directions?

I haven’t been able to capture the fox face for QT but have been dosing the food per label directions but it doesn’t help since he isn’t eating. And yes maybe ate a little bit on Friday but didn’t eat for any Saturday or Sunday feedings

While it can be added to food- I do not recommend doing so. It has to be applied precisely. Its easily absorbed by fish which is sufficient. You can also use Ruby Rally pro but Kanaplex quicker and more effective in use and also is NOT invert safe why quarantine tank is recommended.
Trying to capture a couple of hours after dark/lights out or fish trap is best way to capture the fish

Oral Kanaplex is tricky, it is toxic to the fish’s kidneys if you dose too high. Since the fish isn’t eating it wouldn’t work anyway.
I think treating it in water, in a treatment tank is what you need to do.
