White spot on lip of fish

Hi there, I am at work right now and my wife sent a photo to me and said one of my PJ Cardinal Has a white bump on his lip. There is no other spots on him or anything else on any other fish in the tank.

I would assume either lympho or a mouth injury. Either way it should heal on it's own. If it's lympho you can ensure you're feeding high quality foods and keeping up water quality as well as adding vitamins and beta glucan to their diet.
