White Spot on Naso

it was suggested that I post over here instead of general fish discussion.

i just saw this spot today. Fish is still acting normal and eating like a pig.
No new additions in the past 4 months.
I’m wondering about the white spot behind his pectoral fin.

Sorry for all the spots in the last picture, Christmas lights are reflecting.

It looks like a scrape or injury to me from what I can see.

Keep an eye on it for a few days to make sure it does not become infected. These things likely heal on their own.

He is a very social fish but decided to be camera shy today. I assumed it was probably from a rock since I just redid my scape a couple of weeks ago. I tried to grind as many edges as I could, but it’s not perfectly smooth.
What signs or symptoms will I see if the area becomes infected?

Increase in size, redness or browness.
