White spot on Tang

Hello! I just noticed this white spot on my tang, and know for sure it wasn’t there last night. Curious if this could be something I need to be worried about, or if he’s fine? Thank you ᵕ̈ (I tried to get a good photo, but he moves so friggin fast )

Looks like a sand grain in addition to a tail strike from another tang or injury
Keep an eye on dot
If it’s gone or does not move on fish, should be fine

Thank you! I just noticed my sailfin tang’s tail has a small tear in it. I guess they’re going at eachother? haven’t had that the whole time I’ve had them. It’s a 220 gallon tank.
