White spot on yellow coris wrasse fin?

He’s in QT doing just fine and eating and I see nothing wrong behavior wise. He’s had this white circle on his fin the whole time. Is it ok and normal, or is there something wrong? Sorry if not the best pics, he doesn’t exactly sit still. Lol

And if you can’t tell, the white spot is just left toward his head, of the black dot on the center top fin. If it is something wrong, there’s also 2 tangs in the tank with him
 
It could just be a broken or bent fin ray. It might also be Lymphocystis, a non-fatal viral disease. I don’t see any need to treat for that.
