Can you take a picture? Is it white spot disease (marine ich) or is it a single white spot?

Or is it more of a dusting? Are the dots so numerous they cannot easily be counted? Any other symptoms? (Hiding from light, heavy breathing, scratching, hiding more, etc)

Add garlic to the food. Assuming the water chemistry is fine, the fish remains healthy and fat it should run its course. My hippo tang when I got it during the first years had ich on multiple occassions - The fish is now 10 years old and healthy as can be! UV sterilizer for me has been the best form of prevention and treatment in my reef aquariums and FOWLR tanks. Good luck

lots of spots, but still eating like apig no scratching or hiding no heavy breathing ,eating artemia with garlic in it

Hi Kevin. Can you post a picture of him? One without all the blue and as in-focus as you can get? That will help us a lot in helping to ID the problem correctly, which will help us point you toward the correct treatment.

That looks like velvet, you are going to want to move quickly to save them. All fish will need transferred to a QT and treated with copper or CP, preferably with a freshwater dip and acriflavine bath en route

Read this, post #2 on emergency treatment:
Velvet (Amyloodinium ocellatum)

https://www.reef2reef.com/index.php?threads/Velvet-(Amyloodinium-ocellatum).217570/

Also, it looks like he has a bit of infection setting in, likely due to the parasites, so I would definitely add kanaplex to your QT as well.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I hope he pulls through for you!
