White spot

Hi I know it's 76 days to keep a tank whitespot free, no fish in, but are shrimps OK, do they pass it on please

If by white spot you mean Ich, your shrimp should be fine. Although a shrimp could technically carry a theront/tomont, they need a fish to attach to in order to survive long term. They won't attach to an invertebrate.
